Bitbase System Upgrade Announcement (May 9, 2026)

Dear Bitbase Users,

To ensure the stable operation and continuous optimization of the platform, Bitbase will perform routine system maintenance and upgrades shortly. During this period, some platform functions will be temporarily affected. Please make the necessary preparations in advance.

Upgrade Time
May 10, 2026, from 00:00 to 00:30 (UTC+8)  
(The estimated actual impact duration is approximately 10 minutes. Please refer to official announcements for the exact resumption time.)

Scope of Impact
- Fund Transfer Function:** Transfer operations may fail during the upgrade. Please do not submit duplicate requests.  
- Deposit / Withdrawal Confirmation:** There may be delays, and confirmation may take longer than usual.  
- Contract Ordering Function:** During the upgrade, order operations such as opening and closing positions on contracts may fail. Please wait until the system has fully recovered before using these functions again to avoid unnecessary losses from duplicate submissions.  
- Existing positions and account data will be kept safe and will not be affected by this maintenance.

Important Note
Please complete any fund transfers, deposits, or withdrawals before the maintenance begins. Users holding contract positions are advised to assess their position risk in advance and make appropriate preparations. If you encounter any functional abnormalities during the maintenance, please refrain from repeating the operation and wait for the system to recover.
