Services Restored

- Fund Transfer Function:** Has been restored and transfer operations can now be carried out normally.
- Deposit / Withdrawal Confirmation:** Processing has returned to normal. Any orders that may have been delayed earlier will be completed successively.
- Contract Ordering Function:** Opening and closing positions have been fully restored and can be used as normal.
