Due to a critical security patch update for our core messaging middleware, Bitbase will be conducting scheduled system maintenance. Platform services will be temporarily unavailable during this window.

Maintenance window:  20:00 – 22:00 on May 1, 2026 (UTC)
（Estimated downtime: 30–60 minutes. Actual recovery time may vary.）

Impact:

• Trading suspended: opening, closing, adding positions and order placement will be unavailable
• Fund operations suspended: deposits, withdrawals, and account transfers will be unavailable
• Market data and push notifications may be interrupted or delayed
• Existing positions and account data are safely retained and unaffected

Recommendations: Please complete any fund operations or position adjustments before maintenance begins. Requests submitted during the maintenance window will not be processed. All functions will resume automatically once service is restored.

Compensation: If your positions or funds are affected due to a system error during the downtime, please contact our online support team with relevant records. Each case will be reviewed individually.
