To ensure the stable operation and continuous optimization of the platform, Bitbase will perform a routine system maintenance upgrade in the near future. Some platform functions will be temporarily affected during this time. Please plan accordingly in advance.

Upgrade Time: August 26, 2026, 23:00 – August 27, 2026, 00:00 (UTC)
(Estimated impact duration: approximately 45 minutes within the upgrade window; please refer to official notices for the exact recovery time.)

Scope of Impact

I. Spot Trading

• Spot order placement, deposits, and withdrawals may fail;
• Take-profit/stop-loss orders, planned orders, etc. may fail to be placed or may experience delayed triggering;
• Market data updates will be temporarily suspended; K-line charts may extend horizontally, and order book and latest price data may remain frozen at the state prior to maintenance.

II. Futures Trading

• Contract order placement, opening/closing positions may fail;
• Take-profit/stop-loss, planned orders, trailing orders, etc. may fail to be placed or may experience delayed triggering;
• Transfers between contract and spot accounts may fail.

III. Simple Earn

• Simple Earn order-related functions may experience errors or delays.

• Please plan your trading in advance to avoid unnecessary losses caused by the upgrade;
• If you encounter any abnormal function during maintenance, please do not repeat the operation; wait until the system has recovered before proceeding;
• If you need to make fund-related operations (deposits, withdrawals, transfers, etc.), please complete them in advance and avoid doing so during the upgrade period.
